Global medical training was first established in 2015 by two serving and extremely experienced NHS ambulance clinicians (who are still practising today) who saw the need for professional, pragmatic and quality training that can be referenced not only to literature but also their real life experience.
We believe that for too long customers have been going to training providers who lecture out of a manual or book without being able to relate the training to real life experience and most importantly without a certain degree of humour.
Global medical training are different. We only use experienced healthcare professionals (including Paramedics) all of whom still work for the NHS and so are up to date with their skills and knowledge.
All of our instructors hold a qualification in education and training and some hold many additional
professional qualifications.
Over the last 6 years we have been able to grow our client base, mainly thorough recommendations and word of mouth. We have many repeat customers ranging from schools and preschools right through to multimillion pound international corporations. No matter how big or small the client, we provide the highest levels of satisfaction and customer service. This is evidenced regularly in our course feedback and Facebook reviews.
We have a small number of highly experienced staff who are able to deliver the full range of our courses. As they are all current, serving NHS staff, you can be assured that you're getting training from the experts.
Our courses are regularly quality assured both internally and externally. We employ the services of an independent external quality assurer to review our processes, practice and teaching once a year for each course we offer. They provide us with a report detailing their findings which we can use to improve our delivery and processes if required.
