Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - 1 Day
This course is designed for people who want to receive training in emergency first aid. It is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments, such as small offices.
With the exception of CPR, the course covers first aid protocols for adult casualties only.
Because we're not into "standard" training, our courses will often cover content over and above that suggested by the HSE and other bodies. This is because our combined 50+ years working as Paramedics on the frontline tell us what we need to pass on, and what we don't!
Duration: 1 day (face to face)
First Aid at Work - 3 days
This course is designed for people who want to receive our most in depth first aid training. It is most suited to those working in high-risk environments, such as building sites or warehouses or those who have responsibility for providing first aid to large numbers of employees.
Because we're not into "standard" training, our courses will often cover content over and above that suggested by the HSE and other bodies. This is because our combined 50+ years working as Paramedics on the frontline tell us what we need to pass on, and what we don't!
We can add content to the course to suit your business needs. Just ask!
Duration: 3 days (face to face)
First Aid at Work Requalification - 2 days
This course is for those with a valid First Aid at Work (3 day) qualification which is coming up for renewal. If the certificate has expired, we allow candidates to take this course if they attend within a month of the original certificate’s expiry date.
We can add content to the course to suit your business needs. Just ask!
Duration: 2 days (face to face)
First Aid - Annual Update - 4 hours
This update is designed for anyone currently qualified in first aid. It consists of a 4 hour update which enables first aiders to keep their skills up to date and sharp. This prevents skill fade and ensures that by the time requalification comes, they are not having to re learn everything and most importantly, if the need arises for them to use their skills, they are not trying to remember things they learned 2+ years ago.
