Where do you carry out the training?
This depends entirely on your requirements. We prefer to train at your location, so that we can run scenarios in familiar environments for your staff / students. We have a select few training venues which meet our high standards across the south. .
Do you offer any online or blended learning?
We offer some courses as a blended approach, and will always strive to meet our customers needs if that is their preferred training method.
We have been in the training business for many years, and whilst we may conduct certain types of annual refresher training online, we do not ordinarily offer this as our experience and feedback has always highlighted the huge benefits of face to face training. We have had several clients return to us for face to face training after going online as they found their staff were not getting the same quality training which they felt could leave them open to criticism in the event of an adverse incident or investigation.
