With a national increase in violent behavior and assaults, we have been working with partners to provide enhanced training to groups of night time economy staff including door staff, street pastors and venue staff in order to provide meaningful intervention in the event of a stabbing or serious assault.
We provide "stop the bleed" training, specifically designed to be delivered to people with little or no first aid training, which will enable them to act quickly and efficiently in the event they are faced with a casualty who has been stabbed or who is bleeding profusely. We know that prompt action can save lives.
We are able to provide emergency first aid training to your night time economy teams to enable them to act quickly and efficiently in an emergency, prior to the arrival of additional help.
We can tailor courses to the needs of your teams, with no minimum or maximum content.
Situations we can help prepare your teams for include casualties who are:
Unconscious
In cardiac arrest
Suffering an anaphylactic reaction
Bleeding severely
Suffering stab wounds
Did you know it's a legal requirement to provide First AId training for your employees? You should do this based on your first aid needs assessment. If you don't have a first aid needs assessment click HERE to fill in our online assessment form.
