The Team

 John (known as Jack to most) has been working in pre-hospital care for over 20 years. He qualified as a Paramedic in 2008 and has since undertaken a number of roles within the NHS Ambulance Service. Including specialist operations (such as search and rescue) and training. He is currently an operations manager and enhanced care paramedic with the NHS ambulance service.

 Dean has been working in pre hospital care for over 15 years. He completed his CertHE in Paramedic Practice at the University of Portsmouth in 2018. Dean currently works in Southampton  as a training officer for the NHS Ambulance Service as well as responding to emergency calls as part of an ambulance crew and also on his own in a rapid response vehicle.
